I had one of these (purchased 2.5 years ago) and it, unfortunately, died. Since the one I had never gave me any problems, was quiet, and it was easy to change the filters, I bought a new one. I expect the same service from the new one. I use it at night, although not every night. I was renting a big unit but, after seeing an ad about the smaller ones, I decided to purchase my own. Buying one was cheaper that a rental payment every month.

After going through weeks of trying to get an extra battery for the portable pulse unit I had for my flight to Colorado. I rent it from Rotech. I had enough of the problems. After doing a walking test it was determined that I needed a continuous flow unit. Apparently they didn't have those at Rotech. So I decided to just order one and your company seamed to have what I needed. I do have a few questions about how it operates. I also think it is a bit heavy. But now that I am home it seams to be fine. I traveled to Colorado and it helped there because my oxygen level was alot lower there because of the altitude. I wasn't sure what to set it on there to help because my levels were so much lower. Now that I am back in Indiana it seams to be fine. But I really would like to get more information on how to make it work it's best. Thanks Shirley

Wow! What can I say-- a level of mobility and freedom that we haven't had since before going on oxygen. It is VERY hard to find a machine that will give a continuous level 3 flow rate. Most of MUCH more expensive, larger, and much noisier. Do not hesitate-- BUY THIS!
It is compact yet works as well as a much larger unit. It has all the features on it that I need.
Well while its too soon to knowif NT3 will be reliable or last., the thing is amazing I have Caire which lies about its weight since it advertises 5 lbs and weighs in at over 8.5. That machine costs well over $2500. So I expected the Varon to be totally inferior. I was very surprised. When I walk, the Caire keeps my saturation at 92- 93, the Varon at 90 to 92. The Caire is so heavy to carry, that after half an hour it becomes really bothersome. The Varon, you dont even feel the weight at all. Sure The Caire has a display, but I just carry a $10 with me when I walk. The case if the Varon, beats the Caire's hands down. So far its 5 for the Varon.
I love this portable oxygenator. From 1 liter output to up to 6 liters delivered continuously. When I go up above 6500 feet. I really need something that delivers oxygen as it does. Life saver. I'm so glad I got the extra battery and both 110vt charger and the car charger. I'm very happy
Much quieter than my rented (DME) home concentrator and it doesn’t introduce as much heat into the environment.

The power supplies work great, naturally. I bought a second pair only because it is easier to leave the power supply’s in different cars and buildings. It is also just a good idea to have a spare. I also have 3 batteries so this lets me charge a battery while the unit is in use. Just a great product and support team all around.
