30-Days Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, this means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be in like-new condition with all original parts and packaging included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following situations:

  • Send products to the wrong address (including “return to sender”, please confirm the return address with us before returning. The return address is different from the shipping address.).
  • Choose the return method for cash on delivery.
  • Logistics lost orders. We will submit claims to the express company on all orders that are not received. And we need our customers to provide a Claim ID. We will not process a refund until there is any solution received from the express company. We can re-send a product to you if you want.
  • For cancellations after shipment or customer-initiated rejection of the delivery, return shipping fees shall be paid by the customer.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oxygenconcentrator.shop with your order details. If your return is approved, our customer service team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, including the correct return address.

Please don't send your item back to the original shipping address or any address listed on the package without confirmation. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. video or photo showing the issue is required for verification.


Return Shipping & Fees

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
  • Return shipping and all related fees are fully covered by us.
Non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind):
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@oxygenconcentrator.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement.
  • For other cases, price differences and product availability may apply, so we recommend contacting our support team to confirm the details before proceeding.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Separately purchased accessories and consumable parts (e.g., nasal tubes)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Accessories originally included with the machine must be returned together with the device. Returns with missing components may not be accepted or may be subject to additional deductions.


Return Locations

This policy applies to customers in the United States, Canada, and other major international markets we serve.
  • Returns from the U.S. and Canada are processed through our U.S. warehouse.
  • International returns may be processed through the nearest or original shipping warehouse, depending on location.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after the refund is approved..
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to your account..
